Why we started
Landlord Possession Services was set up by a specialist with many years of hands-on experience of how possession claims are prepared, checked and processed.
We know how often a landlord's case is delayed by a wrong date, a missing document or a form filled in incorrectly. Each mistake can cost months of lost rent. And we know how expensive solicitors can be for what is, most of the time, a paperwork job.
So we built a simple, fixed-price service that gets the paperwork right first time, and lets you stay in control of your own case.

- Our name doesn't appear on your court forms.
